  • Budget guidance and suggestions. We work with you to help you decide what to prioritize based on what is most important to you.
  • Provide a detailed task timeline to direct the planning process and keep everyone on the same page.
  • Provide suggestions for and set up consults with vendors in every category and in the appropriate budget range.
  • Negotiate and review vendor contracts.
  • Handle all vendor communications throughout the planning process.
  • Research hotels/room rates for necessary dates and book hotel room block for out-of-town guests, wedding party, bride and groom, etc.
  • Timeline construction. We will work with you to create a timeline for the weekend’s events and distribute the day of schedule to all vendors and parties involved.
